and holistic view on food and sustainability is at the core of everything that we do. Truepial Consultants is located in Aruba, an island in the Dutch Caribbean.
My name is Amber van Veghel. I was born in Curacao, I lived in the Netherlands for 20 years, and live in Aruba. I am a PhD Candidate and consultant in the field of food and sustainability. I have a Bsc and Msc in Food Technology from Wageningen University. Under the supervision of KU Leuven and the University of Aruba I do research on the environmental impact of Aruba's food consumption and food chains, using Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).
